My proposal to the Congress is to have  legislation that allows Freedom of Marriage based upon ones own personal beliefs.  As we know in Psychology you learn a degree of intimacy is one foot apart.  It can be between any person one foot apart or more with or without having a sexual relationship.  Also we know two feet apart is interpersonal, personal.  And we know three feet apart is Friendship.  With this we can have a man and a woman, a man or more than one woman, A woman and more than one man, a man and a man, a woman and a woman, or any combination;  Marriage, cortisone, prostitute  allow for prostitution a.  Since it’s not necessary to actual live at the same location.  Also, allow people to marry at puberty. And to allow incest within the Family.
