My proposal to the Congress is to have  legislation that allows Freedom of Marriage based upon one's own personal beliefs.  As we know in Psychology you learn a degree of intimacy is one foot apart.  It can be between any person one foot apart or more with or without having a sexual relationship.  Also we know two feet apart is interpersonal, personal.  And we know three feet apart is Friendship.  With this we can have a man and a woman, a man or more than one woman, a woman and more than one man, a man and a man, a woman and a woman, or any combination. We have naturally hermaphrodite. Marriage, allow for prostitution in the marriage.And it’s not necessary to actually for the family to live at the same location.  Also, allow people to marry at puberty. And to allow incest within the Family.  Sports allow the transvestite to take the award along with the woman separate awards
